Our Principles and Policies radio show for Monday June 4, 2012. Barry Sheets and Chuck Michaelis report on a bill, HB 259, that they worked to push through the Ohio House of Representatives. HB 259 reins in out-of-control state medical and dietetic regulatory agencies without stripping them of their power to regulate the people under their licensing authority and thus restores the ability to casually counsel on nutritional issues without fear of prosecution.
